A Benefit for Safe Haven

Our Ice Cream Social is growing! COOK OUT FOR A CAUSE! Eat ice cream, burgers and hot dogs at our 18th Annual Ice Cream Social Benefit for Safe Haven Shelter for Victims of Domestic Abuse!
Incredibly Delicious ice cream sundaes (vegan & dairy free options too) with toppings galore for a $5.00 Donation. 100% goes to Safe Haven!
Come hungry because we’ll also be grilling up Pineland Farms burgers and hot dogs with sides of delicious Cadia organic baked beans, Superkrauts sauerkraut and Provender fresh creamy coleslaw! All proceeds go to Safe Haven. Life music too by singer songwriters Doug Mahard, Chris Ellis, Stan Sullivan and Steve Prasinos who donated their talent to the event!
New Morning Market will be collecting your donated items the whole month of JUNE! Safe Haven is desperately in need of the supplies listed below. You can drop them off at the store.

Little Free Library “Planting”

Join us during our Ice Cream Social benefit for Safe Haven where we will also be “planting“ our very own Little Free Library. Feel free to bring some books/take some books. Little Free Library is a nonprofit organization that inspires a love of reading, builds community, and sparks creativity by fostering neighborhood book exchanges around the world. There are more than 50,000 registered Little Free Libraries worldwide, in all 50 states and 70 countries. Through Little Free Libraries, millions of books are exchanged each year, profoundly increasing access to books for readers of all ages and backgrounds.
